My name is Matthew Marston, and I will be your Strength and Weight Loss Coach. I graduated from St. Ambrose University with a double major in Exercise Science as well as Human Performance and Fitness. I played cornerback for four years at St. Ambrose University. My senior year, I was named a team captain and received all-conference honors.
I specialize in Strength Training, Weight Loss, and Sport Specific Training. It is my philosphy to train everyone like an athlete even if you are not. In my program page, I explain why I consider that aspect so important.
F.E.A.R Training stands for Forget Everything And Rise. This seemed to be a perfect name since it has been proven that exercise reduces stress. I know for me when I am about to work out and put in my headphones all my worries, all my stressors seem to vanish. I forget everything going on in my life and rise to the best of my abilities
